Thomas has nearly 15 years of experience in the construction industry and he combines a strong practical background with a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Technology and Construction Management. He has a hands-on approach and a structured mindset, ensuring alignment between planning and execution.

He began his career as a construction technician and has since developed a solid understanding of execution, coordination, and technical solutions. Today, he works as a Project Engineer, where he solves complex technical projects within the energy sector.

Thomas is known for his ability to turn plans into practice and ensure that solutions work in reality. He has a solid experience with risk assessments, FMECA, and test activities, including planning and execution of tests.

He works systematically to identify risks, establish clear procedures and create a safe setup around both testing and operations. With experience in technical documentation, practical execution, coordination, and test setup, he helps ensure that projects are carried out safely, efficiently and to a high quality standard.

Thomas works naturally across disciplines and is used to collaborating with technicians, project managers and clients, always with a focus on structure, overview, and results.
