The company is founded on a passion for renewable energy and particular offshore wind. Ever since the founder wrote his first paper on wind turbines in ground school there has been a facination of electricity and generation of such by wind turbines.

The technical side is still the passion, however, the roots of the company and the ideas behind it is based on core family values, as we belive that customers and colleagues should be treated as family and with the core values in mind:

Trust - Is not something that is easily gained, but can be lost immediately if betrayed. We build long term relations with customers over short term gain. All colleagues have "Frihed under ansvar" - meaning that you plan and execute your day based on your personal needs and preferences, but in dialogue and alignment with your teammates.

Respect - Each others differences, preferences, and personalities. In a versatile team, both in relation to customer and amongst collegueas, the best ideas are created and the best projects are executed successfully.

Openness - Say your opinion but with respect for the others opinions. That applies both in a customer session and when working in teams. We need to be able to speak openly and share different opinions without offense being taken.

All of this are the prime ingredients to deliver services and solutions to our customers on a everyday basis and our values are lived in both our internal and external relations.
