Malena has more than 6 years of experience as a documentation specialist within the energy sector and combines a strong academic background with a practical and results-oriented approach to technical documentation. She works in a structured and detail-oriented manner, ensuring that complex information is translated into clear, precise and user-friendly documentation.

She holds a Master’s degree in History and Study of Religion and has built her career as a consultant specializing in technical documentation. Today, she works as Head of Documentation and Quality, where she is responsible for ensuring high quality, consistency and progress across documentation deliverables in multiple projects.

Malena has solid experience in technical documentation, document control and quality assurance, and has worked extensively with the development and review of procedures in accordance with customer requirements and industry standards. She has held key roles such as Technical Writer, Document Controller and Tech Lead on large-scale projects, where she has been responsible for delivering complete documentation packages on time and to a high standard.

She works systematically to create structure, ensure clear processes and support efficient workflows within documentation. At the same time, she actively contributes to coordination, training and development of both teams and processes.

Malena thrives in collaboration with both project managers and clients and is known for her ability to create overview, ensure progress, and deliver documentation that supports safe and efficient operations.
