Niels Christian has close to 20 years of experience within the wind industry and have worked in the entire value chain from tier 2 suppliers to owner & operator. He started hands-on as a technician and have since hold varoius management positions. He is passioned and dedicated when it comes to the renewable energy transformation, spezialized in working from strategy and concept level down the the actual execution.

Technical Documentation
This is in our opinion one of the most important tools in the organizational toolbox to ensure the work performed on the asset is executed in a safe way for the technicians and to the highest level of quality.
By developing high quality documentation you can implement the strategy that is set out by the engineering and maintenance organization, and maybe even more importantly you can ensure capturing the feedback and knowledge from the technicians and specialist on-site which will only improve the asset maintenance strategy even further.
We have experience with both allocating documentation specialists directly into the customer organisation as a resource and carving out work packages delivering multiable document classes, e.g. user manuals, service manuals, work instructions, risk assessments, etc.
Product Development
Not all products in the organization are core products. It could be a tool, transportation frame, or fixture that is needed for the core product to be delivered or performed. The secondary products are often creating "noise" in the organization, because it takes ressources and focus from the core products/deliveries.
These products can with advantage be outsourced to provide proper focus to be able to deliver in time and within the right cost.

Maintenance Strategy & Concept
We can help you develop the maintenance strategy for an asset from the very beginning of the development phase or provide support with optimzation of the maintenance strategy if you want to improve production availability or reduce cost. The support can either be completely executed by us or in collaboration with experts within your organization.
In combination with the maintenance strategy or as a completely seperate exercise, L-F Solutions can support with setting up the maintenance concept for your asset, even if it is a fleet of assets. This will ensure that the right spare parts, competencies, and logistics are in place at the right time and within the right cost.
