Niels Christian has close to 20 years of experience within the wind industry and have worked in the entire value chain from tier 2 suppliers to owner & operator. He started hands-on as a technician and have since hold varoius management positions. He is passioned and dedicated when it comes to the renewable energy transformation, spezialized in working from strategy and concept level down the the actual execution.

FMECA
FMECA (Failure Mode, Effect and Criticality Analysis) is a well known and proved tool across many industries. It is used to assess the risk assosiated with operating an asset in terms of safety and cost.
L-F Solutions can help you throughout the whole process, from tailoring the tool and process to fit with your company requirements, creating the risk matrix/profile, to implementation and continuous improvement. This also includes facilitation of workshops and training to ensure the positive execution internally.
Technical Due Diligence
Before aquiring a new asset or maybe even more importantly, before aquiring an older asset, it is important to do a proper Technical Due Diligence, so you know the state of the asset and the risk associated with it.
The Technical Due Diligence will focus on safety, cost, and availability. We will create a team of experts to work alongside your organization. First to identify the key focus areas and secondly to do the evaluation. The final delivery will be a detailed report.
